By accessing or using the Noburo website at noburo.es and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Noburo is an AI-powered gestoria platform designed for expats, freelancers, and digital nomads in Spain. Our Service combines artificial intelligence with licensed human professionals to assist with:

• Tax filing and fiscal advisory (quarterly and annual).
• NIE applications and renewals.
• Digital Nomad Visa and other residency procedures.
• Autónomo (freelancer) registration.
• Beckham Law applications.
• Invoice management and Verifactu compliance.
• General administrative and bureaucratic support.

Noburo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All tax filings and official submissions are reviewed and signed by licensed professionals (gestores administrativos or asesores fiscales) in accordance with Spanish law.

3. Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you provide your email address to receive updates about our launch and early access to the Service. Waitlist registration does not create a binding contract for services, nor does it guarantee availability of any specific service or pricing. You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@noburo.es.

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all filings and applications.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including tax fraud or evasion.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation needed to complete your procedures.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Noburo is not liable for errors, delays, or penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology on the Noburo platform — including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and user interface designs — are the property of Noburo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Noburo provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Noburo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Noburo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Noburo is not responsible for decisions made by Spanish government agencies regarding your applications or filings.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
